Polish Easter Babka

A Polish Easter Babka traditionally served on Easter. Just to give you a warning, making this is time consuming, so best time to start is in the morning.

Ingredients:

• 4 cups all-purpose flour
• 3/4 cups sugar
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 cup milk
• 3/4 cups unsalted butter, melted
• 2 tablespoons lemon zest
• 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
• 1 (1/4 oz) package dry yeast
• 3 eggs
• 1/2 cup golden raisins

Butter Cookies

What You Need:

• 2-2/3 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 cup sugar
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter
• 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
• 1 egg

Santa Cupcakes

What you need:

• Cupcakes
• Cream Cheese Frosting (or frosting that is white)
• Red Sprinkles
• Coconut Flakes
• Mini Marshmallows (or white chocolate chips)
• Sugar Eye Candies (or chocolate chips)
• Red M&M’s

Gingerbread Man Cookies

What you need:

• 3 cups all-purpose flour plus more for dusting
• 3/4 cups dark brown sugar
• 1/2 cup unsweeted apple sauce
• 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
• 1/3 cup dark molasses
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 2 teaspoons ground ginger
• 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 1/2 teaspoon allspice
• 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
• 1 egg

Peppermint Mocha Cupcakes

• 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
• 1 tablespoon instant coffee
• 1/2 cup hot coffee

Giant Cupcake

I made this giant rose cupcake for my mom’s birthday last month, and she absolutely loved it. It was my first time making a giant cupcake and I think I did a pretty good job. Of course, it could have been better, but for my first time, I’m really proud. I really had fun making this cake, and am glad I recorded the whole thing for you guys to see.
